As a mother of two, Jennifer brings both clinical knowledge and personal understanding to supporting individuals through the many physical and emotional changes that can happen throughout different stages of life.

Jennifer works with clients seeking support for menstrual health, fertility journeys, pregnancy related concerns, postpartum recovery, stress, and overall wellness. She also provides acupuncture treatments for ICBC patients experiencing pain and musculoskeletal conditions related to motor vehicle injuries.

Jackson Dyke is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong interest in injury rehabilitation, functional movement, sports massage, and helping clients move with greater confidence and less pain. He is currently enrolled in the Kinesiology program at Camosun College, further expanding his knowledge of human movement, exercise, and functional rehabilitation.

Jackson works with clients experiencing sports injuries, muscle and joint pain, mobility limitations, exercise related concerns, arthritis, and ICBC related injuries. He also provides massage therapy during pregnancy and postpartum to support comfort and recovery.

Every treatment is tailored to your individual goals. Jackson combines hands on massage therapy with movement education and exercise recommendations to help reduce pain, restore mobility, and support long term recovery. He believes that understanding the cause of symptoms is an important part of treatment and works collaboratively with clients to help them return to the activities they enjoy.

Originally from the Comox Valley, Jackson has a lifelong passion for sports and fitness, including golf, which gives him a practical understanding of movement, performance, and recovery.

Kirsten is a caring and compassionate therapist. Her areas of therapeutic strength are anatomy and physiology. Muscle testing and assessment of sports injuries and a suite of musculoskeletal conditions found in all age groups. Kirsten can get you back in the game, work or play. Early in life Kirsten realized a career in healthcare was what she would excel at. Coming from a family with a background in Medicine and Engineering she found the combination of academics, science and the hands on skills of Registered Massage training suited her very well.

Kirsten graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, Victoria in December 2012. Since graduation Kirsten has provided Massage Therapy for the elderly, athletes, professionals and clients with rehabilitation needs. Kirsten has excellent assessment skills and can focus on getting results for your muscular and skeletal symptoms.

Kirsten is an enthusiast for massage events and the public. Dr. Carmen Carpenter is a registered Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (DTCM) with a special interest in women’s health, fertility, hormonal balance, pregnancy, facial acupuncture, and reproductive wellness. She is currently in her second year of the Midwifery Program at the University of British Columbia, further expanding her knowledge of pregnancy, birth, and comprehensive reproductive care.

Carmen provides individualized treatments for fertility support, menstrual concerns, hormonal imbalances, pregnancy related discomforts, pain, stress, anxiety, digestive concerns, and overall health. She also offers facial acupuncture to support healthy skin and natural rejuvenation while addressing the body as a whole.
